SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer FREE Expedited Shipping on all orders over $35 CAD. It can take 1 – 2 business days processing time after placing an order before shipping out. Shipping times vary by location. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for shipping within Canada and 3 – 7 business days for United States destinations. When your items are shipped out, you will receive a notification by email providing you with a tracking number. Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by holidays, extreme weather or inaccurate shipping information. Cart totals of $35 CAD or less are subject to a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD

REFUND POLICY:

We have a 90-day return policy which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at DeviceCaster@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or after-market modification.
