SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer FREE Expedited Shipping on all THOR Dual Soundbar orders! It can take 1 – 2 business days processing time after placing an order before shipping out. Shipping times vary by location. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for shipping within Canada and 3 – 7 business days for United States destinations. When your items are shipped out, you will receive a notification by email providing you with a tracking number. Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by holidays, extreme weather or inaccurate shipping information.

REFUND POLICY:

We have a 90-day return policy which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at DeviceCaster@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
